covid-19, vaccine, community-information

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has news on COVID-19 vaccines.  A bulletin through healthcare.gov, states that everyone across the nation, ages 16 and up are now eligible to receive a vaccination to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

For appointment scheduling and more information regarding vaccine availability, check with your local health department.  Or, take a look at the ‘How Do I Get a COVID-19 Vaccine?’ post on the website for the Centers for Disease Control.  Along with suggesting using vaccinefinder.org, to find local vaccine distributors, there are links to more information about different types of vaccines, and links related to other questions people may have about finding vaccines in their area.

The Department of Health and Human Services notes that, vaccines are available to everyone without cost.
