Dinner!

It’s a weeknight, everyone’s been running around every which way; and now finally it’s time to gather and enjoy a meal together.

Thing is…it’s more easy said than done.

The other thing is, eating nutritious food is key to good health and wellness!

We know some things seem* a lot easier than cooking at home.  There’s prep, pots, pans, and dishes, and the potential to make some good memories with a good home-cooked dish!

So, for your health and wellness give a try to some dishes like these.

Fish Tacos with Avocado Salsa – pick a few of your favorite fresh toppings, saute or grill your favorite fish.  Pile it all on top of your favorite tortilla.  Not too hard, delicious, and nutritious.  Here’s an example from delicious.

Penne all’arrabbiata – olive oil, fresh tomatoes, some peppers, and penne pasta combine for this traditional Italian flavored favorite.  Take a look at this link for inspiration.

Lemon Chicken – for a quick, easy, and light stir fry; try out this dinner for two recipe.  Tangy and hearty, while keeping the calorie count low.  If you have four or six to serve just double or triple the recipe!
