colorado, health-insurance, enrollment

A tax-time enrollment period for Coloradans allows an opportunity for enrollment in free to low-cost health coverage.
The 2022 tax season marks the first year that residents can mark a new box on their tax return, based on legislation passed in 2020. By checking this box on your tax return this spring, you’ll be connected with Connect for Health Colorado.
This will make it easier for your insurance broker to connect you with a health insurance plan that is either free, or very low cost.
Initiatives from the state encourage its residents to check the box on their state tax return to be filed by April 15th.
