Connect for Health Colorado is implementing a new system for password resets, and new user creation.  This will affect all users who have an account on the Connect for Health Colorado website.   You should be aware of this as a Connect for Health Colorado and/or PEAK user.

The new system will require all users to create a new password.  The new system is called Okta.

Customers with a valid email on file will receive an email from Okta, the address is noreply@okta.com.  You can follow the password reset link to update your password for Connect for Health Colorado.

As a PEAK user, you will still be able to login to Connect for Health Colorado using your PEAK credentials.

On the Connect for Health Colorado website you should take time to make sure your user details and preferences are up to date. If you prefer to receive paper communications, or electronic you can choose to do that too.
