For UnitedHealthcare members

The UnitedHealthcare mobile app can be a helpful tool for many types of UnitedHealthcare members. Depending on your plan, you may be able to:

  • View your digital member ID card
  • Check plan details and benefits
  • Review claims and coverage info
  • Find in-network doctors and care options

Note: Features can vary by plan, and some plans may not be supported in the app.

If UnitedHealthcare is your Medicare health insurance carrier, you should check out this app to manage your member benefits.

This can be a helpful tool for members!  You’ll be able to use your mobile phone with the app.  After registering, the app will have a digital copy of your UnitedHealthcare UCardTM for use in making in-store OTC, Healthy Food, and earned reward purchases.

Quick clarity: UCard vs. the UnitedHealthcare app

UCard is most commonly associated with certain Medicare Advantage plans (and some D-SNP plans). If your plan includes it, the app may show a digital UCard that can be used for eligible benefits like OTC items, healthy food, and rewards/credits (when your plan offers them).

If you’re not on a Medicare Advantage plan with UCard benefits, the app may still be useful — you’ll typically see your standard member ID card and other plan tools.
