The National Institute on Aging offers these tips:
- Eat foods that support bone health. Think vitamins, low-fat dairy, leafy greens, fish, and veggies…
- Get and/or Stay Active! Strength training, walking, hiking, jogging, climbing stairs, and more!
- Don’t Smoke.
- Alcohol in Moderation. Or not at all.
